If you are reading this on Thursday, I’m more than likely on a plane headed to sunny San Diego for my first ever BlogHer conference.
I thought I would take a moment to once again thank my conference sponsors.
First, a huge bit of thanks goes to Coupon Chief for sponsoring my hotel fees. After paying for my pass and flight, I was a little concerned about paying for the hotel. Luckily, Coupon Chief stepped in and saved the day. Looking for online coupon codes? Coupon Chief has pretty much has coupon codes for any online store you can think of.
Second, I wanted to give a shout out to my clothing sponsors. Lane Bryant graciously sent me gift cards so I could purchase a new outfit to wear during the day while at sessions. I totally went out of my “box” and bought something I’ve wanted to wear for awhile but thought I couldn’t pull off.
Eliza Parker was full of complete awesomeness and sent me a beautiful dress to wear while at parties. It has been a long time sine I’ve worn a dress. It’s been even longer since I wore a dress that I actually loved and wanted to wear.
One of my wonderful roommates was kind enough to provide me with BlogHer business cards. Maybe she sensed that I’m not crafty what so ever? Who knows, but I totally appreciate it. Courtney does all kinds of awesome design work, You can check her out on her site, GCS Designs. I wouldn’t be surprised if you saw her work floating around BlogHer.
Again, a HUGE thanks to all my sponsors for making my first BlogHer conference affordable AND fashionable.
Last but certainly not least. Thanks to my family for helping make this trip possible. Without my parents and sister watching Jack while J is working, I don’t know if I’d be able to go. My parents are also bringing me to and from the airport which is a huge relief for me. Thanks to J who seems to be handling my constant BlogHer chatter very well.
Thanks to Jack who is understanding that Mommy has to go to California to bring back surprises for him. Even if he thinks he’s has enough surprises.
