It’s that time of year when sickness invades your home. I can handle being sick just fine. But it seems to hit Jack harder. Maybe it’s his age or because he is my baby. Either way, I just don’t like seeing him sick. It breaks my heart.
Do you know what the best part of Jack being sick is? The best part is that first smile after he feels better. At that point, I know that he is almost back to his real self. The happy go lucky kid that I love with all my heart.
TYLENOL® understands our joy from the first “feel better” smile and has been inspired by those pictures that we post online. So inspired in fact, that they’ve joined up with How I Met Your Mother star and mom of two, Alyson Hannigan, to launch the SMILING IT FORWARD™ campaign.
How does Alyson Hannigan feel about the SMILING IT FORWARD™ campaign? She had this to say, “Being a mom has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life,” said Hannigan. “And being the first mom of many to participate in SMILING IT FORWARD™ warms my heart because it will help other children receive high-quality medical care like my daughters do.”
“When Keeva is up at night teething, or Satyana is fussy with a fever, it’s pediatric TYLENOL® products I rely on to relieve their symptoms,” continued Hannigan. “And when those smiles return to their faces, it’s the best signal I have that they are starting to feel better. I live for that smile, so I am honored to be a part of a campaign to bring more smiles to children across the country.”
By sharing a photo, or SMILING IT FORWARD™, at SmilingItForward.com you will help TYLENOL® make a $1 donation to Children’s Health Fund. That donation helps to ensure a doctor’s visit is always available for children in need.
For more than 50 years, the makers of TYLENOL® have been helping to bring “feel better” smiles to generations of children. Through SMILING IT FORWARD™, TYLENOL® aims to garner 100,000 smiles in order to help the 85,000 low-income urban and rural children who are served by Children’s Health Fund each year.
In addition to sharing photos at SmilingItForward.com, moms can go on the site to view the TYLENOL® Smile Gallery, learn more about Alyson Hannigan and Children’s Health Fund, and receive tips from leading pediatrician, Dr. Tanya Altmann, about keeping families smiling through cold and flu season.
I’ve uploaded my favorite picture that makes me smile on SmilingItForward.com to help a child in need. Will you? You have now until mid January to help do your part. TYLENOL® will donate up to $100,000.
