I’ve jumped on the 50 Shades of Grey bandwagon. I’ll just say that I’m not one to read books. I know that sounds bad, but with everything going in life, I just can’t find the time. Or I haven’t found a book that I wanted to read.

I’d heard so much about the 50 Shades trilogy that I wanted to give the first book a try. There was so much buzz going around about the book. Some good and some bad. I was intrigued enough to go and buy the book and read.

I agree with the comments regarding the writing in the book. I’m not a grammar or writing queen, but it does seem that the writing itself isn’t 100% correct. I also didn’t like how the conversations went. It was like Annastasia would say something and then it was this long description on what she was thinking. For example, she would say, “How did your day go?” and then it would be a long paragraph about why she asked that or how hot Christian is. When I read, I don’t like all the mumble jumble. I like things right to the point.

That being said, I loved the book! The story that is. Yes, there was TONS of sex scenes. But hey, I’m an adult and I can read it. But I was obsessed on what was going to happen next. Would she give in to his demands? Would he give in to hers? I’m trying really hard not to give too much away just in case someone hasn’t read it.

I loved the book so much, that the next morning, I ordered the other two books in the series. I have to know what happens.
